VSAM STORAGE SPACE
CREATE ALL BELOW Clusters
  • ESDS : Entry Sequential Dataset
  • KSDS : Key Sequential Dataset
  • RRDS : Relative Record Dataset
  • LDS : Linear Data set.
As we know that VSAM file consists of three components.
  1. NAME
  2. DATA
  3. INDEX
ESDS, RRDS & LDS clusters has only Name & Data Components .
But KSDS has all the three components.
